> Don't let inertia become your constraint

The last step of the 5FS cycle ([Five Focusing Process](https://www.menicucciassociati.com/five-focusing-steps-5fs/)), the process of continuous improvement of the Theory of Constraints, designed by the Israeli physicist Eli Goldratt, intends to remind us that inertia represents a great enemy: it is in the management of *constraints* (when a constraint is eliminated, in a process, a new constraint will appear elsewhere), but also in the management of **quality**, **computer** security... and also of our lives!

In these days I realized that the last post I wrote dates back to 2021, after which I let myself be "swapped" by inertia. Despite being an entrepreneur, in fact I turned all my attention to the inside, neglecting the market. This made me think that too often we all get caught up in the routine, even giving up *thinking* if there are areas where we can bring an objective improvement.

As a result, for my part I decided to renew the image of my site trying to make it more interactive and less "image site". I also promise to resume the publication of interesting articles (I hope) at least once a month.

And I hope that these few lines are a cue and encouragement for each of you, in the search for an area for improvement. *Don't let inertia become your constraint.*

You can leave a comment, if you want, or write me a few lines by email, even just to say hello: it will be a great pleasure 😉
